So i decided to take the plunge and try CM 7 simply for the new gingerbread features but found my phone to be very unstable. I've decided to go back to OMJ ( First ROM i ever flashed) and never had any problems with. when the flash was done and my phone rebooted into OMJs rom i had a few issues (ie. data disconnecting on and off, gps not working and a few lockups. i whiped everything and re flashed but no luck. I read somewhere that CM7 uses a different "file system" for it rom. so now im wondering how can i go back to OMJ deodexed.

Is there something i am missing? any recommendations? Thanks.

Where would I find the best step-by-step instructions to flash my EVO? I just rooted last night...

WooHoo! Just flashed my first Android ROM!

Am I still rooted after flashig or do I need to redo it?
