The saphire theme got canned because of bootlooping screens on the intial run. Just download the Deooxed rom and add the saphire theme on later. The Riptide theme is the way to go though.

Hi everyone, I need help with my phone. When the phone is in the dial pad I am not able to select the last phone number that I dialed in the list which will be first number from the top. I went to sprint and they ordered me a new one. They said that it was because the phone is rooted. I don't think so. Please help ...

No issue here on 4.0.
Got a whole bunch of questions here:

What ROM?
How long has it been going on? What exactly happens? You hit the number and get no response?
Any other screen/touch issues?
What did you do to try to fix it?
What recovery are you using?
You went to Sprint first then posted here? Seems like a very isolated, specific issue to bring to Sprint, especially with a rooted phone?
They determined you were rooted? How? And they still ordered you a new one? Over that issue?
So are you getting a new phone?

Since I cant reproduce and it would have been posted before if it were an actual ROM issue, it's very likely isolated to your device.
A few guesses:
-reboot, if that doesn't do it
-boot into recovery and wipe cache and Dalvik-twice each
-if it still continues my last guess is to punt and reflash.
Good luck.

Well Sprint is partially correct, the stock Sprint does not have this issue, and neither does my ROM......1st I assume you are running my ROM since you're posting here.....anytime u flash a custom ROM, there's a small chance of a software glitch, which sounds like this is the case. A fresh wipe & flash would have most likely corrected this.

Does anyone know what happens if you remove the overclock widget from your panels?

Does it still keep running?

I am running omj latest rom. I been running omj roms since evo came out. I have Never had a problem with my phone. My wife phone is running the latest rom from omj she does not have this problem. My new phone came in to the store but is in connecticut and I live upstate ny. I was visiting a friend over the weekend and I decided to take my phone over to sprint. Prior to taking the phone to sprint I reinstall the omj rom and still the same problem.
