I'm downloading 4.0 now. With 3.9, WiMax was crashing continually today and my phone died three hours before the end of the day. I usually get about 12 hours out of it with my BT earpiece. I hope this one is better.

One note towards the posts requesting swype... Freeware wise use Shapewriter keyboard. Same features as swype with less problems in my opinion.

I just updated to the deodexed 4.0 ROM, anyone else not able to find google sky maps on the market?

What kind of problems are you referring to? I've been running Swype v.2.4.4410912.t100 for quite sometime now and have noticed no issues.

I installed over 3.9 and still have sky maps but I don't see it in the market either.

This was for today and included 4 hours of roaming. The picture is small but battery is at 46% and was unplugged for 11 hrs 40 something mins.

just to elaborate on sanmanc's comment, wimax notifier uses that 2nd LED on the right side for text notification :)

mine does seem to be draining abit quicker today.....I just got the RUU for .3, I'm gonna re-cook based on the RUU for v4.0 :)

Downloaded the Stock Rooted Rom. Gonna work on that now.. My wife keeps bugging me about the cracked phone.. Better fix it.. :angry7:

I turned on the wimax and made some LED color selections. I never got the second LED light on the right side of the phone to turn on?? I only get the LED on the left side. :scratch:

I upgraded to 4.0 last night (over 3.9) and just went to the Market and found Google Sky Maps and it's installed.

Just updated. I had had issue with power drain. I installed setcpu and made a few changes and managed to get 9 hours out mine the way I typically use it.

My issue now is that when I turn on the wifi hotspot I lose 4G connectivity. Blah!

Question
Is there supposed to be a text Notification icon on the taskbar?
I have a white icon that is always there.
It is turned off in messaging because I use another app.
Not sure where to turn it off.
