The other reason I think you may never have had it is because you haven't been booting directly into Recovery; you've been using your PC. A unlocked nand allows you to boot directly into Recovery. If you ran OMJ v1.7 ROM1 PC36IMG then you HAD to have had your nand unlocked or the file wouldnt run. And now it appears you lost it somehow. You can run without it but everything I've read says you'll see issues as ROMs are written as if you have it. If you do you'll get knocked back to the 1.34 PRI and have to hope you can get back to 1.40 Choice is yours. You can follow these instructions to unlock it.
