One thing I noticed on the v.1.2 ROM....on the Music tab where the Sprint apps were, initially after flashing there was only the music player, the bottom was empty, but since then, it says " Problem loading gadget" in the middle of the screen along w/ the 4 Sprint apps icons @ the bottom that do not function, so clearly there is more modification that needs to take place....now to try to figure it out.


yeah that's cool, if ppl would rather I include the Sprint apps to \data\app & uninstall what they don't want, that's cool w/ me....personally I like the Sprint Navigation.

Not at all unrevokeds exploit runs itself after every reboot so it is not truely a sticky exploit. When you uninstall the unrevoked.apk and reboot your phone no longer has any kind of root. Sprint did not patch up toasts exploit. No need to downgrade. But yes toasts exploit is the real deal and the only exploit that can flash a custom rom and thanks to konfuzion its simple enough even a caveman can do it.=D>

well technically you may not have to, but Toast had said he always does it 2x just to be sure.....but this would be a good test.....dont wipe & flash.....if u get caught in a booting cycle, go back into recovery & wipe/flash

didnt happen to me yet man...
im sure it has to do with the scene settings that the sprint one has on it... but like i said... didnt run into it...
if u check the pm i sent u back u will see why im very happy with this phone now.

edit:
what did u do to get the error on the widgets?
im on the rom for the past hour and still nothing like that.

ahh, didn't think of that, yes I was using the Sprint scene so maybe it's embedded in the Sprint scene....I switched to HTC & obviously it's not there.....lol, actually I haven't even tried any other scenes, very cool, I kinda like the HTC one :)

Sweet! I actually just came accross that app and was wondering if thats what it was for. I would imagine that it would work for the evo as it does for the hero. When i run the app it says that i need to partition the SD card. Do you have any expierence with that?
