yep..its s2u2. i'm using the latest version (2.3 with the hotfix) and a skin I found on xda. my ext package is attached.

here you go...both the home tab and the editor are included. i've already edited the reg file to set the resolution to VGA, among a few other things. but you can easily change them as needed using the home tab editor.

Hey OMJ, I know new sys builds speed up the phone but what does it speed up manila, programs launching, etc.

I'm not sure if anyone is using the manila mod that I posted a while ago that lets you open the native WM call history program when you press the date on the manila home screen, but it wasn't working properly on the new 2012 manila (after being pressed, the date button would resize to a smaller size until the next reboot). I fixed it now so that it'll work with 2012, and I've attached it to this post. It will work on stanard 2012, but also with the Co0kie home screen mod. If you use it with the Co0kie home screen mod, the setting that lets you control what program is opened when you press the date button will not work, but the mod will be otherwise unaffected.

The mod for 1922 is in my older post (http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...89#post1461589), along with the mods to use the native WM text messaging apps in place of the manila ones when opening messages through manila.

Thanks for this info! I just assumed it was the regular WM6.5 lockscreen that had been customized and was really surprised. It makes sense now. I'll have to check it out!

i patched up the nk.exe to recognize your device as diamond instead of Raphael, the original version that was posted will find your device to be raphael and not diamond... although it still works either way.
i'm working on fixing the stylus issue... there is a bunch of things in the nk,exe for raph that are useless... hopefully if i can get ride of them.. and all works... the stylus would be fine again also.
i've attached the nk.exe lib for u guys to replace with the original, it should not make a big difference... but it should fit better cuz i changed some directories that was leading the nk to some settings that has to do with raph and not diamond.. so i changed it back to fit the diamond ones.
i tested it and it works... i also think it's a little better then the other version although i could be wrong(cuz every time u flash a new rom it seems faster).
u guys can check and see if the stylus works... but for me it didn't. but than again i tested it on a "test device" so the stylus might have been messed up to begin with.

anyone know why the leo dialer freezes when i press speakerphone? only way to stop it is to soft reset...

also anyone have the latest cookie mod in EXT? woudl rather cook it in but having problems.

EDIT: WOWWW DID not see this coming...so ive been cooking new roms for i dont even no how many the past couple weeks...and yestarday i cooked a new rom with all my latest goodies...only prob none of them were isntalling....i thought soemthing was wrong with the programs

i went into the home screen after supposably installing 23544 and what did it says 23529......WTFF

not sure how many if any of the last ones i cooked were still 23529 (which might explain why i had no problems with the leo dialer on 25006 :/)

what could cause this? i think it might have been caused by an older rom still remaining in the relase_diamond folder and the new rom not overwriting it...not sure tho..i flashed back to stock and now cooking again..all is well now.

i reported and said that yestardays rom i created with the native kernel was fast....i dnno if i was actually using that one or not....butt todayss rom that i created with the latest update and kernel IS FAST AND STABLE....woww

well I'm no expert, but a new sys is not necessarily better, sometimes they are, sometimes not......think of it like different builds of XP, some may be better than others.....one big thing is memory management.....anytime you have a faster sys, those apps (manila or any app) are gonna run smoother, faster.....that's the best answer I can give.
