I think it's set up so that when you push and hold on start, it will run showcase/taskmanager/WhateverAppYouConfigure.

On a side note, I've been using AMeBa for closing apps when the 'X' button is press in 6.5.x. It works pretty good and you can set it up to open quickmenu (for a taskmanager) when you press-hold start.
Thanks, mwalt2. That's exactly what it was. Good to know that easier method.

WM 6.5.3 28005 v1.2 has lock up with keyboard issues when opening an sms message. (It freezes the phone).

It's getting annoying, and also there are Two "Microsoft Myphone" entries when adding a program to the shortcuts on homepage.

MMS works fine on 28005.

Going back to
28002 (no problems with that one).

Thanks for your hard work omj.
Also, how do you make a sms group? Like to txt a bunch of people at once?

Has anyone seen any issues with vibrating? After some time when I get either a text message or a call my phone vibrates and won't stop vibrating till I either reset the phone or turn off the phone completely. Anyone have a similar issue? This is on 28005 v1.2

Yeah, thats what I meant. sorry. It was so much easier to use to slider to snooze/dismiss than click a button. Let me know if its there in 28005. If it is, I'll just reflash (unless you have another update cooking.)

Thanks OMJ.

Didn't fix it for me...put it under windows and soft reset the device but still can't remove quick links.

FYI I am a major newb when it comes to this stuff, so I could be completely wrong *shrugs* but that fix seemed to work for me.

Awesome ROM OMJ! Gonna go from 28002 to 28005 tonight.
Lol wow, that fixed the issue... rofl, I thought I changed one of them and it didn't work before, guess I was wrong. Thanks!

I just got home and catching up on the thread so I haven't actually applied this fix yet but if he posted it I'm sure it works... did you make sure to disable manila before you put the file in \Windows so it would be able to overwrite it?
