Before flashing a new ROM, especially with a different SYS I like to flash to the shipped ROM first, in your case the Sprint ROM here ftp://ppcgeeks.com/Diamond/Stock%20R...nt_Shipped.rar.

Then I flash the custom ROM. Once it loads I do a hard reset by going to "Wipe Device" under Settings > System.

To me it seems that it helps get rid of some of the little bugs people complain of sometimes. Hope it helps!

Ok yeah that makes sense now. I was still running the stock ROM prior to this flash as this was my first flash attempt. The flash went fine and the phone was running great all night into this morning. It was only when I tried to send a picture via email (poutlook) it locked up and wouldn't come back. I ended up doing a hard reset and it came back up again. I haven't tried to send a picture again yet though.

I just checked and I still have about 18MB of 'Storage' memory available after installing a lot of applications. I did notice that after I added 6 contacts to the 'People' tab and set them to synchronize with Facebook, my available Storage memory dropped from about 24MB to 18MB.

I pretty much have my phone the way I want it now and don't really need to install any new apps, so I think I'll be good for now with the 18MB free memory vs the less than 1MB I had earlier today before the flash.

Your setup and mine are very similar. The only extras I've installed are Max/Ultimate Manila and SensorScroll. My memory shows Program:107.7MB and Storage:19.3MB on a soft reset which I tend to do once a day to ensure I start out clean for the day.

also i found a great all black task bar theme for 6.5.x @ XDA with a few other colors i didnt see it they had the oem but it would definitly compliment your rom OMJ.

EDIT It does display nicely as their pictures portray on the thread so nevermind lol

Guys I flashed the ROM OMJ posted yesterday a couple of times and each time it never finished the customizations. I waited over 15 minutes and finally gave up and reset. Seems to be working fine.
Can someone tell me how long it took for you guys? Each time it got to the point where I was no longer seeing the bars going across the bottom and HTC sense was on with a greenish gray colors.
Thanks. Just want to know if I should reflash?

Also, every now and then the phone won't turn back on. Have had it happen after finishing a call or just by turning it off with the power button. Haven't found a pattern though. Has anyone else experienced this? Happened on the last 2 ROMs.

Re: OMJ's | HTC Sense / Manila 2.5 | WM 6.5 / WM 6.5.x | 21870 / 23504 / 28002 | 11/2

It's a very nice rom and i like it a lot, but i have a little problem, if i want to add a program in the quick luncher, how can i add it if it's not in the list ? I have tried to put a shortcut in \\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and in \\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Application and i still not see it.

Thanks for your help.
