I installed the new cookie and looks like the theme has changed, it's now a black background instead of the white one and on sms txt messages you can't even read the text from the home screen, you have to go into the message, anyone else have this problem? or any suggestions to get the colors changed?

I did find an option to change txt colors and I put both settings to red (just to see where it changed) and that didn't help

I'm running the latest rom prior to the kimi mod

Hey OMJ - just wanted to say thanks for a the great Diamond ROM! I forget which version it was, but your ROM lasted me months without having to hard reset. Hope to see u making some TP2 Roms soon!

ok im a noob, first thing will this work with alltel diamond, second if i upgrade my radio version will my phone work as long as i have the proper prl?

It's better than the stock 6.1 ROM I believe.
Seems to me flashing this rom won't change the radio. You can flash a radio separately. as far as I found, PRL doesn't do too much. I didn't bother to change that, or install the PRL update software. I'm on Sprint though.

I'd say what's "new & exciting worth updating" is Sense 2.5.2016 for VGA. It can be found at

lol i wudnt want to put it down either, i plan on getting an Evo jus so i can keep up with the latest omj work, and only a few updates in winmo cookie home tab update, sense 2016, nothing a few go's in omj's kitchen cant fix tho :)

I'm using the latest 23569 and got a SOD, the first one after I start to use OMJ ROM. It has something to do with the txt treading, people chat? And the latest ROM is a bit slow compare to the earlier version I think. But I still like this rom better.
I also found some problems with the arcsoft picture MMS, not smooth, can only say it works.

The White Theme one is the GTX version, but not sure why you cant send txt and MMS tho, try reflashing and use a carrier cab

I flashed to stock and them flashed to 1.3 and I get an error code that the message could not be sent.

Finished looking thru "Sense 2.5 2016 w/ Co0kie MOD | 23569 | v1.3" couple of problems i noticed like:

~cookie home tab editor restarts sense when opened from home screen

~edit home layout missing quicklink edit option and quicklinks are misaligned

~no back button left soft key/no kimi messageing mod

~messages send but shows up as blank with no content, prolly due to the messaging client

sense 2016 and the sys seems to work well and are pretty fast (when i cooked 2016 and tried it kept freezing up)

I think for co0kie, you can download the latest and install it. I can't delete it from the rom because there're just too many files involved, but overwrite the included, should work fine.

Edit: Interesting, I do see kimi's people-pages.xml in the rom. Sorry, I didn't flash my phone yet, I'm checking the content:p

Edit2: just tried. Looks to me the interface is not localized enough for vga, when you sweep on the "task bar", the icons are high above the screen. And I do get error msgs for the sms.

It seems the resolution is off on this latest build. Launchbar icons on home screen are cut in half no matter whee you put them and the icons for the various tabs are up high on the page.
Otherwise it seems pretty snappy.

~I didnt use kimi's messaging mod, I left the stock HTC messaging in

Like OMJ I have now moved on with a big bright HTC Desire.
Thank you OMJ for keeping my Diamond alive and useful until the time came to upgrade.
