I use Windows 7... had same problem. Then opened using 32bit explorer, then worked for me.

I tried it on 2 XP computers using IE8, Chrome and Firefox, same problem. Its only that rom, never had a problem on any other rom

Basically, 21679 is the new style with "Start" menu on the bottom. Somehow the numbering got smaller, but he says: 21679 Build is the new 6.5.X build with the buttons at the bottom. It's the latest and the fastest. Don't let the build number fool you!

Having an issue with the New ROM's. I first tried the Energy.VICTOR.21916.Sense2.5.Sep.27.7z& then the Energy.VICTOR.21679.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.ver2.Sep.2 7.7z on Telus.
Cant get streaming media to play such as Youtube or streaming media the program.
For example... I can see a video link in youtube & open it, then an error occurs saying "The ideo cannot be played.)

Any help would be great!

Does anyone know the change between Sep7 and Oct 9 versions? I don't see anything in the change log and I'm wondering if I should upgrade. Any advise?

It's faster among other improvements, and posts have been very positive of it.

The carrier provisioning refuses to create a connection for sprint. I have reran it many times and even created my own connection. I cant seem to get data.
