I installed Sense 2.5 21895 the no ringer issue still exist. I also cannot get wifi to work.

nope, same problem persists and wifi will detect but not connect. I've pmed him and twittered him and got nothing. thats 3 roms in a row with the same MAJOR issue.

I made a cab with htc's rilphone.dll fix for the 2016 bug. You can get it here.

In sense 2.1 the data controller app is not working. It says data controller.exe is missing.

I just installed this and no-ringing. Makes it unusable for now. Last version I had on this phone that worked for rings was a pre-christmas version ;-(
