OK, NOW IM EXPERIENCING to many lock ups and freezes when i use ie, I tried to make opera default but if you click on a link in an email it goes to ie........urrrrrgh

(c&p'd from an earlier post of mine):
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\shell\rai\:D EFBROWSER
had values set of 0 = "IExplore" and 1 = "iexplore.exe". I changed these to "Opera" and "\Windows\OperaL.exe", respectively. Now the mail links work just fine

Only other suggestion I have which is maybe just personal preference, is I like the standard (boring) WM small volume popup rather than the full-screen HTC volume control. Just that if I hit the volume buttons by accident I have to wait around for the thing to time out and disappear, hitting the back button will not only get rid of the volume popup but also go back from whatever I was actually trying to do. Whereas the small WM popup you can just tap anywhere else and it goes away.

I thought I had RSS hub in there but I guess I don't lol. I'll make sure to put it in the next batch. I attached the cab for now tho.
With HTC volume all you have to do is click on the side and it disappears. I will be messing around with removing it and the HTC dialer tho over the the next few days tho and see what I can come up with. I just don't like the ring delay when the phone is locked.

With or without arrows? I personally think with arrows takes up too much screen (at least the last time I used it) but that just my opinion...

I am also using cal's kitchen with chronic's sys and i am having issues with the ringer, are you having or had the same issue with your ROM?

If not did you do anything to the sys or oems that might have fixed the prob?
I also had the issue with ppckitchen's version.

yes I have mad ringer issues, sounds period, email-text-mms etc


I will switch to calks 6.5 untill this rom gets an update...then Im coming back because I like the sys...

I'm lost... Which sound issues? And are they fixed in Calk's 6.5? If so i need to check it out...

I took the 21501 rom and sys files chronic posted and added it to cal's 4.6.1 21028 kitchen to create my 6.5 rom. After i cooked the rom and installed it i can't edit my ringers or turn off sounds on the phone dialer. Anytime i access the panel to edit sounds it wont let me close out of it unless i hit the hard end key. keeps saying corrupted files.

I was curious to know if you had the same issues. These are not specific to your ROM but since i saw we are using the same kitchen and sys i figured it wont hurt to ask.

Cal should be releasing a new 6.5 kitchen soon.

Have you tried conflippers common sys files for 21501?

I'm not having any of those sound issues.
Not really sure why, but I'm not having any problems whatsoever with this rom so far.
Also, I did not flash sprint stock rom first either...
