Thanks... I think you are right... not too many people read it. I'm trying to do something maybe a little different in that I want to participate as much as possible in my own thread, hopefully to make it a better experience for people using the rom, but also to help improve the rom by interacting with people that have hands on experience using it.

Not sure if it is working or not... but regardless, it has been less fun for recently than it was when I started out because I feel like I am repeating myself a lot.

Re: 6-6-09 ~~Bear-Bonz Rom~~ version 3.2 - [Rhodium/Titanium - 6.5 - 21731]

I took my phone off the charger early today and right now after minimal use all day (few texts and a couple short calls) I am at 75%. So I am pretty comfortable with the battery life right now.

How are you guys doing with the new version?

This skinned HTC dialer is going to make the choice between dialers pretty freakin tough. Nice work again by gadgetfreak.

Great job on v3.2! No issues to report here.I have been running it strong and battery is all good. IN fact I have been trying to drain it and I am still at 64%. I go back and forth with the dialers cuz I like both. The lock works perfect for me too. Not one to IM but like the option you added.

Side note: When is TP2 releasing? I am all over that when it is out!

Thanks for the feedback.

TP2 no one knows. Keep an eye on the news forum... people have been talking about it.

Hey, don't let things get you down. I've seen this happen with whosdaman when I had a Vogue, and it happened with me in the taskbars thread. It does get frustrating, but then I realized was that all that was important, and all that mattered was the chance I was helping someone or making their device more appealing to them. Thanks and all the other bs just weren't that important in the bigger scheme of things compared to the knowledge I had that I was making a contribution back to the community that has helped me learn about these wonderful/frustrating devices.

I do think that the one thing that will help you out would be if me, Riley, and the others that are regulars who have been on your ROM for a while step it up and try to deal with some of these basic questions. What do you think, guys?

Re: 6-6-09 ~~Bear-Bonz Rom~~ version 3.2 - [Rhodium/Titanium - 6.5 - 21731]

Also, After not having my phone on the charger since about 1 pm, I am down to 72% with a few calls, and some moderate testing and internet browsing this evening. Much better than 3.1, which now seems to have been a bit of a fluke...

And I am glad that you'll be able to use the dialer skin. This is by far the most put together, graphically consistent ROM I've seen. Which goes hand in hand with how consistently stable it is too!

Thanks... it's no biggie I was just frustrated for a bit. I'm good to go now.

Any time you guys help each other out, I think it's a really cool thing. Don't forget you can always point people to the FAQ also.

Also, where the heck is Reef and Randy... haven't seen those guys for days... lol.

Yeah, battery life is good, and I am actually glad to be rid of the lingering glitchyness of nueClock.

I am leaning toward making the HTC dialer the default and include a couple things to make it easy to switch to the WM dialer for those that want to. I'm playing with that right now.

Re: 6-6-09 ~~Bear-Bonz Rom~~ version 3.2 - [Rhodium/Titanium - 6.5 - 21731]

Cool. I was thinking about playing with the Start Menu and Programs tab icons to see if I could come up with a quick and easy way to get them to match the overall theme. I've also modded the TF3D tab icons, based of the Sprint Neon Icons and using and idea I found in the MightyROM threads, the slider now highlights in close to the same green of the notification bubbles. Looks pretty slick, IMHO...

Here's what they look like. I've even thought about dumping the curtain, but that always seems to lead to some weird artifacts showing up along the bottom of the screen, plus the pile of pictures on the photos tab just drives me nuts for some reason..

I can post the cab for this if anyone is interested. I also, for contrast's sake, use the next two things by cmylxgo as my notifications and calendar highlight so they don't get lost with the green on the tab.
