just got my new diamond 3 hours ago... flashed to 2.9, (i had a touch before)... only qualm is the keyboard isnt what im used to. I'm going to flash to 3.0 in a minute and see how i like it..

so far so good.

I cant seem to get my phone to sync for some reason on 2.9 with the usb cable or exchange server from work... any ideas?

Probably doesn't have drivers if you are at work? You need to install WMDC.

The issue was, the email server isnt the same as what i had and my username was not right either. lol... doh!

There is a skinned and working bluetooth icon even though we are using the WM dialer, and the ##/911 codes are now working with the WM dialer. The WM volume control has been skinned with the SetVolume app, and everything is working well as far as I can tell. I will continue to work to improve the WM dialer and lockscreen as much as possible in furture version as well.

OK, so it's a big release. I hope you guys all enjoy it, and that it was worth the wait. Please let me know what you think.

Battery life with the new sys on 3.0 has been great.

You can add another keyboard if you like. let me know if you need help.

i seem to be hung up on the customization screen... running autorun.... runningsdautorun.exe, etc etc...

also my battery has gone from 100-87 in the past 15 minutes of use....

im just going to reflash it.. and see how it goes.

EDIT.. if you know of a keyboard thats identical to the touch keyboard, id like that...

It takes a few minutes. As long as it keeps moving you are OK. If it freezes you may have to hard reset or flash back to shipped.

As a new user, you may find it useful to read thru this thread, and especially the FAQ in the second post. You can learn a lot from other people's experiences.
