just confirmed, push internet is off by default. so this means it will only turn on if you select it on or will it initiate when an email is syncing. sorry was confused. thanks!

Totally separate from push email. Yes it will only turn on when you turn that switch on, and it basically, from the discussion we had earlier in this thread, will not lose any useful function by having it off, but will improve battery life and maybe free up a little ram by having it off.

I turned it off by default in 2.4 but forgot to check again in 2.5 to make sure it was in place... so thanks for checking for me.

seems like something that should just be left off then. I tried accessing the internet and it fired up right away so with it staying off normally would be a valuable asset. Thanks for the explanation. also forgot to mention how vivid the screen looks with it lightened up. Looks great!

Yeah, it should definitely be off by default, and if someone wants it on it is just a flick of that switch.

not sure if this has been mentioned. but if anyone wants to add one of the htc keyboards so they can have t9 and compact querty, use either one of calcu's cabs in the first post of his thread. they work great. try to avoid the other HTC keyboards like Groove black stock keyboard.(no offense man!!) it has compatiblity problems since other languages are including in this keyboard. I was getting weird lockup and displays but not with the ones below:

Cab for Touch HD EzInput (v1.5.32681.1)
Close SIPGT_app.exe with task manager before installing

Cab for Diamond\Touch Pro EzInput (v1.5.32437.0)
Close SIPGT_app.exe with task manager before installing

Touch HD one has arrows, other one doesn't

Re: 5-14-09 ~~Bear-Bonz Rom~~ Version 2-5 [Rhodium/Titanium - 6.5 - 21231]

Ran all day with normal usage, battery only drained to 72%, The sys does seem to be smoother. I also added the D3D cab from one of the earlier version, so I don't no if that is helping to smooth out the graphics. The caller id and weird dialog box are gone. (I turned TF3D off 10 times to make sure). The only glitch I've found was on the programs tab, when you click on remove, the text in the bottom right corner does not change from Remove to Done like it did in 2.4.

I do have 2 questions though. Is there any way we could ditch MyPhone? It takes uo a lot of space that I would rather use for something else, and I actually have a cab of my own that allows for install in Internal Storage/ And is there a way to have Kinoma install in Internal storage, rather than storage memory?

Great feedback, thanks.

I can probably get rid of MyPhone. I will check on that. Installing Kinoma to internal means removing it from the rom, which I don't really have any plans in doing that sorry.
