21231 is coming along nicely.

I have decided to release version 2.5 tonight, with sys 21231, even though I usually would do more testing with a new sys.

Figured I would let you guys help me out with the testing. Sound ok?

I have updated the download link for version 2.5 in the first post.

When I port a new sys into my kitchen I am introducing a lot more variables than usual, so we may find some unexpected stuff. That being said, this version is looking quite good with limited testing.

I can tell you that you should notice improved performance, as well as it looks like the update profile *should* be fixed on this one. Also, the little blank dialog box that pops up when switching to Titanium *should* be gone.

Lurkers... leave me some feedback please. Also, don't forget to rate my rom thread if you haven't already. You can do this by clicking on the stars, where it says rating, at the top right of the page. These things are really all I ask for.

Hey Bro! I think I might have found one of the issues with WMP. I "think" its the custom skin causing it (or causing my problem). This actually causes it to soft reset instead of lock up for me. See if anyone else can reproduce it:

Load WMP. Load a couple of songs in the playlist. Skip to 3-4th song on the list. Hit play. Now, let it suspend (or hit the top button), music cuts off, now wake it up, and hit play. This makes it soft reset.

I think it is the skin cause if you go back to the default skin (in options) it doesn't do it and no matter what I do to it, it won't soft reset.

Its not that big of an issue but it might be causing some of the other WMP issues.

P.S. - Thanks for making my WinMobile life a billion times more enjoyable. I still hate it (WM) but it makes my phone Bear-Bonzable

2-4. Yeah I did read the audiopara issue but wasn't that for the Kimona freezing? Can't actually remember but I think the WMP and Kimona issues kinda ran together.

Anyways, it will do it on a fresh flash with nothing new installed.

EDIT: Just to be clearer, audiopara is not installed.

People have reported audiopara affecting both... I have since noted a similar problem someone was having in another thread as well. I would say definitely get rid of it.

I am not having any problems with WMP. No random soft reset's and still plays when the Back light go out.
