lxcivic.. try the same fix for that I posted in the post above you to replace the htc gardian file thing.. I think that is what is reverting our custom settings to default.

Thanks for the link, tried it and no luck. There must be a serious internal problem with this new ROM that reverts many Reg edits back to default after soft reset. I don't understand how HTC/Sprint testers did not notice this bug before reease...

Dang, it was worth a try. At least it does fix the reg reset of the ICS settings.

Thanks Eenie! That link to the fake guardian file fixed my notifications. They stay checked now, after a soft reset.

Decided to take the plunge on the new ROM. Seems alright.
I tried to restore my software with Sprite and that was a disaster; ended up restoring everything from scratch. Also, my med. software needed new unlock codes.
On a positive note: after a hard reset I immediately updated PRL and phone. Voila, data connection works... something Sprint Customer Service couldn't get working. Battery seems about the same. Signal seems slightly weaker.
Satisfied nevertheless.

Ok i was maybe a day into the new release and said this is crap so i flashed rstg .10 and missed some real important phone calls that casue a major headack and that rom had to be flushed as well when't to groovie 6.5 malware and was ok but i still kinda ready to dump this for something not so freeze ware so ill try the update what do i have to lose loll.

funny! RSTG roms and flush should never be mentioned in the same sentence! but I would take the proverbial glass half filled approach, at least your not malware

My understanding the Sprint Picture Mail Enhancement WAS included in the ROM. Could be wrong... One issue since this new ROM, is with my SBP Finance program. none of the tabs seem to work. Even after re installing the program twice.....
