Ok maybe i never noticed it but every since i updated to the rom my phone is talking to me when the battery is low as well as reading my text messages outloud is the normal and where can i turn it off

disable it in the voice command.... start/settings/voice command.

Look at the upgrade section here on the Diamond forum, there is a thread with all the shipped roms posted.. including the original/last rom.

Agreed. This was the worst rom upgrade since the first Treo 700P update. The tiny keyboard, the notifications settings not sticking after a reset, and the keyboard either not staying up, or freezing.

The slide to answer was automatically there. Nothing needed to be done. I'm thinking your upgrade went bad. I haven't had it freeze or anything, only issue I have is with the keyboard disappearing when I'm trying to text. I'd try to reinstall the upgraded maintenance release again.
