you can probably install the old diamond keyboard back. I use fingerkeyboard anyway so I'm good with that.. I had tried the Pro keyboard (which is smaller and I'm guessing the one on this new rom) a while back and didn't like the cramped feeling either...

I installed it last night. So far here is what I have personally noticed...

-Faster phone boot up
-Smoother TF3D (Much faster than before)
-Much faster opera browser
-Better Youtube app
-Battery life is a little better
-New slide-to-answer and hold call features
-Better Sprint Nav and SprintTV

Bugs so far that I have noticed....
-Battery icon will not show up at the home screen if you have the show clock setting checked. (Very annoying)
-Still start out with about 45mb of phone memory

Overall if you don't wan to flash to a custom ROM, I would recommend upgrading to this one. Much more stable than before.

I'm gonna do this after breakfast. But I want to be sure what I reload (tweak-wise) et. al.

Yes I did. I wanted to see how much memory they take up. It seems to be the same as before. After sprint customizations, you'll still end up with about 45mb of phone memory. And you still can not uninstall any programs such as sprint nav or sprintTV.

OK thanks.. I think I'll go with skipping and then manually install the picturemail, oz and opera as I've done before. I never use tv or nav.

Does this ROM update the radio? I flash my ROM like a maniac, but I'm too chicken to use anything but an official Sprint radio.

Any improvement to GPS lag?
