Hey guys, I was bored and decided to check out the ratings for our esteemed chefs. Of the diamond roms in this forum. Groove has the highest rating of all chefs with more than 10 votes! 5 stars and a 4.93 average which means 13 (5) votes and 1 (4) votes which is 98.6% rating. This is amazing. Obviously everyone should be rating these threads more especially Groove's and all chefs should be thanked numerous times. But this is definitely a testiment to how good this rom is! Congrats!

When will I learn to stop trying to take shortcuts? I had everything working for about two weeks on the 6/4 rom and decided to skip straight to 6/14. It blew up. Of course flashing to stock first, then flashing to 6/14 fixes everything. Why do I think going from custom to custom might work this time, even though it never has in the past?

LOL. I do the same thing.
Sometimes it's even from an almost identical configuration to the another version of the same ROM with the same build number. I can do it once, but if I don't flash to shipped before the second or third attempt, I'm reminded in a not so pleasant way.

That answers the question that I had brewing in my head.
I have an updated build for my ROM that's been running well for a few days- but if this is in the pipeline, I'll just wait and do it with the new build over the weekend.

I'll ask the question... how far in the distance? Hours or days? I know when you say stuff like that it isn't weeks!

I'm flashing the new build now, so unless I screwed something up or my internet connection dies -- ETA about one hour for ROM another 30 minutes for the SYS.
