Basically, MS says it isn't there copyright being infringed it is HTCs and HTC says XDA is the reason why their phones sell so they can do anything about it. Also the site says someone named Jason who sends don't take down notices supposedly from MS is NOT legit.

Not saying its the reason, but does give you something to think about.
