Diamond 2 ported cabs and oems, unported dump now with ported manila 2

For those of you that don't want to hard reset after deciding you don't like the diamond2 keyboard, you can just uninstall the diamond2 keyboard, restart, then install this cab. Worked perfectly for me.

all of the animations are all in the same place in the middle of the keyboard (portrait and landscape) just above the keyboard. When you hit a letter you see a slight enlargement and then the letter you pressed shows up above the keyboard as you press it, maybe thats not the animation you want? Or is it just supposed to be above the character?

anyhow thats my animations. above keyboard and in the middle same place all the time doesn't matter whether it is plugged in or not, even after a soft reset still the same thing.

Technically it is suppose to be above the character you are hitting.

well the last time that I had this plugged onto my in and then I had nothing. So I figured it was supposed to be like this. Like I said even before I plugged it in this was the animation I had, and after a soft reset before the same animations.

So I guess on my device all of the animations are messed up plugged in or not but they are still there.

Extract the keymap registry.
Install the Diamond2 keyboard.
Inject the registry.

I'll try it in a few and update.

Landscape xt9 doesn't totally map up perfectly. If I click on the left half of the letters it thinks I am pressing on the letter to the left (tested with the stylus) Again the correct letter pops out but t9 inserts the incorrect letter.

savage25rcracer: I'd be happy to work on adjusting this if you let me know what file to edit.

hehe... ya it isnt that easy.

I'm making progress and think I have the "SYM" button mapped finally. You diamond users won't care much except once I have that done I can start fixing the rest of the damn port.

Well the keys map correctly for me, but I get one key on the bottom left in landscape where two buttons are mapped atop one another.
