To update the sys/os in a stock rom, first decomplie the rom with prepit. You will see three folders. Take the folder named oem, and put it aside. The other two folders are "rom" and "sys" they are the OS. Since you are upgrading to a new OS you don't need them.

Next, download a kitchen from Calcu or TobeyChris. Extract the kitchen. Replace the oem folder in the kitchen with the oem you decompiled from the stock rom, and build. Flash and enjoy. Done.
