Why would anyone want to store Pictures in some obscure folder called DCIM/100media? Makes no sense to me.

Use a regeditor, HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\General

EnableDCIM set it to "1".

That should do it.

I think it's so they show up in the titanium panel and you don't have to store them on your main memory.

Ur not going to believe this but it was a disaster.. but with some more information at least. I loaded DryBonz's rom and it hung almost immediately. Did a reset (again with the having to re-calibrate and load all customizations). but when it was done that it provided me with two errors. the title of the first was "Program F". Said essentially it was unable to load it or it was unsigned. the next two errors had something to do with not being able to load shortcuts. Then back to the non loading today screen where my phone is all but useless...

So now im more determined to get to the bottom of this more than ever. Are there any debugging cabs out there that will give me a little more information?

Cheers,

I know how to get the phone to save the pics in that folder - what I'm trying to do is when you click on All Photos from the home screen on the Pictures option, I want it to open up to \Internal Storage\DCIM\100MEDIA\... right now it's opening to \My Documents\My Pictures and I don't want that.

Does anyone know how to change the programs under the CWelcome panel using CHome editor? I've searched and cannot find a tutorial. I've gone to the manual edit area and tried to change the actionURL and save to registry, even soft reset, but no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Calku, I don't have the corrupt ringtone bug yet, but can you explain what you did to fix it? I've modified the 4.6.4 kitchen a lot and downloading another one just for that possible bug is not fun

thanks!

Sorry misread. The DCIM thing is a pet peeve of mine!

I would guess you're gonna need to do some Titanium editing/registry editing. (duh you probably knew that)

Why? So that they show up in your Titanium tab, that's why.

It should open whatever picture you have selected in the tab. So scroll to whatever pics are in the DCIM folder. I personally delete all the pics in \My Documents\My Pictures from my rom, so it will never even think about opening that folder.
