okay so the system files from 79 and 28 don't work for me, both cause issues, 79 doesn't get past boot screen, where the radio and stuff is, and the 28 will only allow me to use the touch screen for the task manager, it's not an oem, i copied all oems over and used the "Calkulin's Diamond 21018 Kitchen v4.4a" system files. i tried the 28 files fresh and the 79 files fresh, neither worked

I know my phone takes about 3min+ to boot past that screen on the 76 sys (I am assuming that is what you intended or the 69). Just when I am ready to soft reset it works. I believe this may have to do with the splash animation I am going to disable it and see if it works better.

I believe the cab is there when I use this I get a folder called "cabs" it has pictureamail in it.

I've reflashed the new version and did a bit of texting, it did freeze up 2 or 3 times today.

I classify a freeze as typing away, suddenly the screen no longer accepts inputs from me, it hangs on my last touch or press. This "hang" or "freeze" lasts from 1 to 5 seconds in most cases.

Quite annoying, the 4.5 is perfect (as is other ROMs, like Mighty's) but this freeze bug is plauging every ROM since the "leaked" ROM and UP.

Hopefully someone can figure out the source of the problem.

How recent is that CAB? Hasn't the picture mail always been VGA on the Diamond? Just curious, I use picture mail a bit and it works OK, but seems like there's room for improvement.

hey thanks calcu... it worked, but disabled xt9 and the phone pad keyboard... I can't type on the regular keyboard my fingers are too big, but it did work and I appreciate it.. Do you know when the system files won't have the sip lag/freezing?

My phone has had some freezing issues after being charged and a soft reset wasn't fixing it but it eventually went away after a couple soft resets and waiting for a bit like 10-15mins

Edit: not sure what happened but now my volume screen is back to just the regular wm one not the full screen TFL3D one does anyone know how to fix this. I thought I remembered seeing it in advanced confif but I went through every tab and didn't see it could just be tired though
