If I select "Telus" then do I automatically have manila for landscape and portrait? Also, would this be compatible with Background4Allpages? I know there's been some conflicts with Juggalo's manila and Background4Allpages.
Yes, the ones that say landscape, like Telus, are both landscape and portrait, and yes it will work with background on all tabs.

Alright guys, I'm not hearing much feedback on calc's new os. I therefore assume everyone is generally happy and bugless? I was holding off flashing till I read some of your reviews. How is preview 2 of the new new rom holding up? Is there any improvement with 6.5 vs 6.1? I suppose that "no news is, in fact, good news!" lol

Re: [ Jan 19 \ OS 5.2.21109 v4.2 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.4, ROMs & Cabs

Help with Calkulin's 21109 Kitchen. Ran BuildOS made all selections and it completed successfully.

How do I update my ROM (yes I have done this before), I run the Custom_ruu.exe but get an error [240]: FIle Open error when ever it tries to connect to my device.

When BuildOS creates the ROM where does it store it (in Temp) and if so do I need to move it somewhere else?

Currently Runninb Calkulin"s 4.2 ROM

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out.

Re: [ Jan 19 \ OS 5.2.21109 v4.2 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.4, ROMs & Cabs

I am completely new to cooking and using kitchens - so, first I want to say a big thanks for making a kitchen with an easy-bake oven that even I can use! And second, please be patient with stupid questions.

So, far everything as worked okay, but I have hit a hiccup or two - first, I have a black bar on the right side of the TF3D screens (when in portrait). I use Background4Allpages and I have had this happen when trying the Telus and Verizon manilas (I haven't tried any others). I thought it might be related to the off-center issue, so I tried the 1e29e8e7_manila replacement but that didn't work either. Any ideas?

Also, is there a way to change the Home Screen commands, i.e. currently "File Explorer" and "Programs" in Telus or "File Explorer" and "My Applications" in Verizon?

The easy way is to use DiamondTweak. The hard way is to search and find the reg edits and apply them yourself.
You can read all about & download Diamond Tweak here.

I;ve got a bug to report..

When typing text messages, once in a while a button freezes and takes about 20 seconds to catch up to itself... Only happens once a text message.....

That happened to me on 4.2 also. Are you on that or 4.2.1?

I noticed this problem as well, using 4.2... I was using the Touch feedback. Now I have flashed a new 4.2.2 Preview rom. I'll play around both ways (with and without touch feedback) to see if the problem is there.

Re: [ Jan 19 \ OS 5.2.21109 v4.2 ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.4, ROMs & Cabs

So I flashed a new Calcu ROM using hte latest Preview Kitchen. Nothing too exciting to report...

*No bugs detected after several hours of use.
*The ROM seems to be extremely fast.
*Scrolling is the same as any 6.1 ROM. (I always use MS touch as opposed to HTC touchflo)
*IE6 is the same to me scrolling may be a little smoother, but I don't know if that has something to do with IE or the quickness of this new sys.

I'll keep playing with it all day and see if I can break it.

Can't wait to see a build with more elements from 6.5
