I just want use base ROM and change the Clock.

for the clocks, you could just copy the manila files over to the windows folder. i only asked for the white phone canvas bc it had a bunch of reg edits in the provxml and i didn't know how to add those

I had try this before (not Calkulin's ROM) , but not success

make sure you go to start>settings>personal tab>today

then click the items tab, and make sure to DESELECT touchflo3d.

NOW, drop the new files in your phones /windows folder... and then you can re-enable touchflo3d.

Running 3.5a and I think I also had this issue on 3.6 for the brief time I had it on my phone.

It seems like I have two battery Icons. One is the OEM that I selected in the kitchen and another one that is a little smaller to the right that shows the %.

Problem is that it seems that this second battery monitor is fighting for taskbar space with the task manager drop down menu that I enabled. Whenever I try to open the menu it just quickly opens and closes, and I see the % battery monitor pop in the spot of the task manager for a moment.

I thought this would be corrected if I didn't add HTC battery monitor in the kitchen, but it still happends. I don't get it

One of those battery items is probably from QuickMenu.

In QuickMenu, select Option ... then View tab and then take the check-box away from "Show battery on taskbar" option.

Then to restore the Task Manager quick menu on today:

Settings ... System ... Task Manager ... button tab ... put a check-box in Enable Quick Menu on Today screen
