You can read the WM6.5 Developer thread in the software forum here to learn more. From what I've gathered, 219xx is a build from Microsoft that is used for test new features. You'll see that it has large boxes for drop-down menu's and large progress box (ie when installing cabs). Instead of the menu tabs at the bottom of the screen, there is a 'slider' at the top to change tabs. The 219xx uses older WM6.5 code, while the 230xx uses newer core code. 230xx is more refined in my opinion, but does not have some of the UI features that 219xx does (though they may eventually make it to the 230xx tree once the kinks are worked out).

Looks like the SYS will be available separately and you can put it in the kitchen if you want .... it's listed lower on the first page under the SYS heading.
