Re: [ May 4 \ 21043(6.1) & 21502(6.5) v4.7 RC ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.6 & ROMs

okay so I just read the last 30 pages of this thread and haven't seen anyone else have this problem...

but is anyone having problems with the 21502 sys and the picture tab in manila? when I go to the tab it says "No photos Available" and when I go into the album and hit "set as favorite album" it doesn't work. I've tried both the HD and Rhodium manila, and I've tried swapping out the album oem with no luck.

If anyone could provide any assistance it would be appreciated.

thanks

Re: [ May 4 \ 21043(6.1) & 21502(6.5) v4.7 RC ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.6 & ROMs

Running into a problem I haven't seen listed here before and wondering if anyone else has seen it and/or may have a possible solution.

I built a 6.5 ROM with the kitchen and am using the WM dialer - when the screen is locked I get the new S2A screen which shows the incoming phone number, but it doesnt recognize the number as one from my contacts. Once I am on the call the in-call screen does show the contact information.

Any thoughts on what may be causing this would be appreciated .... thanks.

Does anyone know where the setting is in the SYS / ROM folders that sets what the default theme is? Where does Calku set the Blue Drop as the default?

Bonz - i am an idiot. You ever have one of those days? I just spent 10 minutes editing that very file to tell it to pull the "blacksmoke" icons, and i completely missed that this is where it sets the default theme also.

I cheated and named the new theme Blue Drop because i couldn't figure it out.

I spent a good bit of time trying to figure out and doctor up the default theme myself. At one point I had renamed my theme to classic blue (that's what the default was in the kitchen I am using) but it caused some other problem... can't even remember what. So I kept poking around in there until it made more sense.

I think it got mine working, except for the drop down menu highlights (like when you select the notifications). Those still show up as classic blue colors....but think it has to do with the background colors which i didn't change.

Amazing how much we can learn by screwing around.

Re: [ May 4 \ 21043(6.1) & 21502(6.5) v4.7 RC ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.6 & ROMs

I'm using 4.7 TP2 and wondering if it's possible to snooze a reminder at different intervals? In other words 5, 10, 15, 20, 1 day, etc., with this rom. Right now when a reminder sounds and is displayed the only choice is "snooze" or "dismiss". Any ideas?

Thanks,

GP

Re: [ May 4 \ 21043(6.1) & 21502(6.5) v4.7 RC ] Calkulin's Kitchen v1.6 & ROMs

does anyone know where i can download this from:

Calkulin's Diamond 21042 Kitchen (v4.6) RC5

I deleted it off my computer.
I found this kitchen to be the most stable i've used.

Thanks in advance!
