How about letting people know that the tf3d themes will overright the the theme in your rom and remove the stock tabs ect ect...

Im talking about the themes you provide for the different providers. It completely gets rid of the nice hd functionality of the phone.

Other then that its a great stable rom. If I uninstall that calkins alltell manila cab with it come back the way it was?

Do we flash to stock ROM or the shipped ROM?

the shipped rom is often referred to as the "stock" rom.

the .exe from htc should do it, it will flash the os, radio, prl, etc.

From this link they have both the shipped and the stock for sprint, so I didnt know which one would be better to user

They may be the same, but flash with the "shipped", and you should be fine ...
