Well guys & gals, looks like my Diamond is dead

I dropped it over the weekend and it does not want to power on at all and since my company doesn't have insurance on it, I'm stuck without a phone now for a while. Oh well, I wanted to upgrade anyways but this is surely bad timing being the end of the month and all

sad times.

On sprint there's nothing for you to upgrade to unless you want a pro2 or hero and neither are an upgrade to a diamond imo (I'd rather have a diamond over both of those phones)

good luck m8, for all you've done for the community we could surely get enough donos to get you a new one (if it means updates to kitchens and roms

)

Leo is too far off to wait, so probably TP2 as Sprint doesn't have the Diamond 2 but we'll see

You could always pick up a used Diamond somewhere.

Depends on what you like. 21055 = 6.1, 21869 = 6.5 and 23071 = 6.5.1.

6.5.1 has the new finger friendly stuff.

That sucks, for you and for us. Was waiting for your 081 ROM.

It is so simple for companies to get the total protection service plan. Oh well. Hopefully I will have a TP2 soon as well.

I cant get opera on my phone to let me download one of Calks roms. I built a 21055 rom and i am hating how slow it is. Anyone bored enough to upload his 23071 rom to rapidshare for me? It would be much appreciated since im stuck at work. Thanks.

This is not good news, my friend. Are you inclined to stay with the Diamond for now, if a few of us get some cash together? Or are you ready to move on to TP2?
