Same thing happened to me. Just soft reset and you should be fine. If not its your device.

thanks, I knew you could manually enter them but hadn't looked up yet. alternatively you can just misspell gmail.com and it will prompt manual config without needing to do airplane

I have really enjoyed this ROM, but wanted to point out a few minor issues (apologize if they have been mentioned previous) that, if fixed, would make it nearly perfect.
- Gmail email issue (highlighted previously)
- The 2 phone buttons on the contacts tab don't work (text messaging button does)
- The letters in scroll bar in the contacts tab overlap one another (occurs when adding a location in the weather tab too)
- Sometimes Opera will randomly close itself without warning
- No battery icon at the top?

All minor issues, but Juicy is definitely on to something.

Opera randomly crashing is due to web pages using flash support. Flash with Opera is still pretty quirky, so any time you visit a page using flash, Opera will most likely crash. I think its fixed in the upcoming release based on the opening thread.

Hey Juicy,

is it possible to have the cabs from UC automatically delete after installation? It would be nice to have the extra memory considering the Diamond's relatively small device memory. I have tried removing the Opera cab with Resco, TC, and the native FE, but none of them would delete the file. If not, cool, just wondering. Thanks!

The battery icon not showing is not a bug, but a "feature". If you want to remove the time, turn off the time showing on every page:

Settings -> Clock & Alarms -> More -> Uncheck the Display the clock on the title bar in all programs

No - they're 'cooked' into the ROM, so can't be deleted. The proper approach, instead of cooking cabs into ROM and installing them after a hard reset, is to instead cook OEM's into the ROM. Or, just leave the cab's out, and let the user install them manually. And also, when manually installing cabs, the user can in most cases install to Internal Storage instead. Any of those options saves significant memory.

The Diamond actually has adequate Storage Memory if chefs are reasonably careful.

I love Juicy's ROM's look & feel, and functionality. But with all due respect, it's currently a bit inefficient WRT Storage Memory.
