Works for me. My network settings are set for 'My ISP' so that the weather tab only updates from my wifi.

I agree. One small thing -- in Settings -> Microphone AGC under the Loudspeaker tab, the radio button selections don't stick for me. Whenever I commit the settings and go back in again, both radio buttons are deselected.

I wonder if the new manila will have the 5 day forcast icons at the bottom of the today's weather screen as I have seen in some versions (not only the touch HD).

Juicy...thanks again...I look forward to the next release.

Re: [12-01-08] Juicy ROM 3.9 [SYS OS 5.2.19972 Build 19972.1.2.7] [UC]

Activesync / Exchange problem....possibly identified the culprit.

I'm on Juicy 3.9 and have discovered a problem sync'ing to my Exchange server.

others have mentioned this too in this thread, which made me think it was something to do with this ROM, but now I don't think it is realted to this ROM.

I have 2 WiFi connections in my office. One of them is secure for employees and the other is not secure for guests.

My phone was locking on to the unsecure automatically, which killed my activesync connection because our unsecure WiFi doesn't allow port 443 connections.

I can replicate the problem every single time when the phone is locked onto the unsecure network. It works fine on the secure network.

When it is locked onto the unsecure network, I get all sorts of problems, such as certificate errors, lockups, etc.

When I turn off WiFi, everything works perfectly.

Anybody else with Activesync issues connecting to a WiFi network?

Great work Juicy!

just installed the background4all deal. works perfect and all tabs look worlds better then with the default bg.

the FM radio doesnt adjust volume with the system. max or min changes nothing. vibrate/mute do mute the radio.

edit: nm it works properly now

Re: [12-01-08] Juicy ROM 3.9 [SYS OS 5.2.19972 Build 19972.1.2.7] [UC]

Hey Juicy, I've noticed a problem that goes back to at least 3.7 and is still in 3.9. When I enter part of a name in either the new text message screen or the new email screen and then hit Menu -> Check Names, I can see that the name fills in properly but then a second later, the new message screen disappears. Add recipients works just fine. The only thing that isn't default on my phone is that my contacts are stored in Exchange. I'm on Telus.
