signal in igo8 has been like that every since i can remember having the Diamond. Its not the ROM trust me on this, GSM Diamond users are having the same people as well as on the stock CDMA carrier ROMs. Problem with the program itself

Screen goes off when you bring the phone to your ear, it's not a bug, but a feature. I won't change it.

because its crap. just update the prl manually.

honestly it is a waste of time to try and get this "feature" when there are clearly more important things to spend development time on.

This sucks this keeps having to go this direction- seriosuly people STOP BEGGING. I dont know how many times hes said hes not supporting carrier functions or carrier ROMs. This is nothing new here from his old views since mid 2's versions.

The whole point here is build 1 ROM or all CDMA carriers to make it (1) easier on him and can bug fix only one build instead of 3; and (2) as soon as Telus was released the Sprint people were like little nags hounding on him about an ETA and their version when when when now now now. Some people dont know how to stop and relax, and obviously still havent gotten the hint. I agree if you dont like what youre given build your own, theres a "point and click" kitchen.

And i agree the update prl function is crappy and half the time errors out. If you cant do a simple ##PRL# manually you shouldnt be playing with ROMs to being with.

The time it takes them to beg and wait around, they could be doing something much more productive, such as reading the threads on how to cook their own rom.

Almost everything is user changable. Diamond tweak has the option to turn it on/off if im not mistaken.

Half these changes within the roms are all registry edits, therefore are editable by anyone after flashing.

Sorry dude, didn't know this was addressed by Juicy. Since this ROM is perfect as is, I'd be happy to manually update my PRL if I knew how. lol

no problem, its nothing personal and not just at you. Ive seen no less than 3 or 4 people in the last 3 pages, some who should know better and arent new here, still doing it.

sorry, while im not new to roms and have had my diamond for months i just havent had the time to start messing with roms for it and hadnt seen someone ask about this. i figured sprint tv support would require a separate rom with the new tab, and the other features are about not removing rather than adding. one of these days ill learn to cook, but right now its way too time consuming.
