Running 3.1 right now, and everything I've tried thus far works.. but it's extremely slow. I think I will probably go back to 3.0 soon, as there were just a few minor bugs with it...

Make sure your phone is not connected to the computer. It needs the cellphone data connection to work.

Can you tell us more about the "slow" speed? Where does it occur

im still using 2.5. it is a very stable rom without an bugs

Everything just feels slow. Like switching tabs is much slower than it was on 3.0 for me. I have like 3 (resco explorer / reg, new manila theme) things installed thus far, where as probably 10-15 things installed on 3.0.

Maybe it's just a hair slower, but for whatever reason it feels much slower to me.

Just installed 3.1, Seems to be quite snappy on my phone. Pic Mail is working. ActiveSync with Exchange seems to be fine will keep you updated.

Only thing I have noticed, In Opera, when typing an address with T9 on, the suggested words are appearing above the address bar and not above the keyboard so they are cut off and hard to see. But apart from that, seems to be an excellent Rom.

OK I just flashed mine and I can say the TF3D is slightly slower then Calcu latest rom but it does seem very stable. I dont' know if I will keep this or go back to calcu yet as I really had NO problems with his. Still testing this one though.
