For both Rom's I also used Advanced config to bump up the bitrate to very high also as an fyi.

With all the stability of 3.7.1... if it had the sound of 3.5.1, I'd almost forget that this is windoze.

I apologize if this is a redundant question but...

can you use the sprite backup tool to restore from an older ROM to new? ie. Juicy 3.7.1 to 3.8 . *sigh* I've found so much usefule crap during 3.7.1. but i would like to upgrade to 3.8 with out having to do everything over. I've also used advanded Config 3.3 to export current settings.

Hello fellow Diamond Users! I just got my phone today... bought it off a friend who was on the Sprint Network and successfully converted to work on the Verizon Network (using tutorials on this forum).

It was already unlocked and flashed with Juicy's 3.7 ROM (11/10/0. My question is: If I flash new updates to this ROM, do I need to do the converting to Verizon all over again?? It's a pretty lengthy process.... does anybody know? Please help!

P.S. What happened to the LOCATION tab for Google Maps? Was it taken out? Or do Diamonds not come with it? (My previous phone was a Touch with M2D on it)

the backup sprite file is only 37 megs so maybe it only saved registry and installed programs and settings? using Sprite Backup 6.0.2

I'd like to know too. In other words, is it possible to add more than one button command to that list?

ie: Long Press Send Key = rotate screen, Long Press Enter Key = voice command

Dumb question but is Sprint Picture mail cab no longer work?
I am having some internet explorer issues and cannot get the search buttons to work on ppcgeeks, but I am having no luck even finding the link to sprint's website to download the cab for Sprint Pictue mail, any help would be appreciated.

thanks juicy. i flashed to juggalo and mightymike's roms. i didn't stick with them for more than 24 hours each. they just didn't have the speed that your roms do. seeing that windows waiting icon about 20 times a day was driving me insane.

i'll never leave you again, juicy
