I don't think Pim backup will install your email but UC will. If you want to do email only it is really fairly simple.

PIMBackup has been in ever ROM. Go to Settings > System

sorry to bother, I scanned the posts and didn't see any mention. Is anyone else having Opera crashes? I am getting Opera dumping on zooming in and out, no error, just closing and dropping back to Today screen.
