Re: ( Updated SYS 20924 ) 20921 is the fastest I've seen yet on a Diamond

I'm noticing slight flicker of a white bar when enlarge start menu is drawn. Is anyone else noticing this?

Re: ( Updated SYS 20924 ) 20921 is the fastest I've seen yet on a Diamond

Hmmm my first clean build with your kitchen looks very promising Calcu. Using the v2.0 kitchen with 1.08 OEM and SYS20924. I'd like to sit back and configure a good build to test it out tomorrow during my work day. How can I get the standard black manila in there? I'm currently testing the Alltel manila and the brown looks pretty good as well, but I'm partial to the HTC Standard Black Manila. Any quick way to get this in there to use this today?

Also is there a quick fix for the 1% battery? I'm gonna search around now but just wondering if you could point me in the right direction.

BTW Calculin was my nickname back in highschool! HAHAHA!!! Geeks of the world UNITE!!

I believe you can just use the TELUS manila provided in the kitchen. That is what I'm using now and it is just the standard black theme used in most ROMs.

Yeah, this seems to be pretty common in all the ROM's and SYS builds I've flashed. It doesn't bother me too much so I just ignore it.

Darn! I was hoping not to hear this!!! SYS 20755 and TC OEM 106b doesn't have this annoying flicker!!!!

Ghetto, TC, can this be fixed?

BTW... It only occurs with Enlarge Start Menu, the regular small menu does not appear to flicker.

Maybe it's a driver issue? The new SYS builds use new graphics drivers I think.

Needs a different base (xip) and differen gwes.exe to match .... or so i understand

19965 xip requires 19965 gwes
20775 xip requires 20755 gwes , etc.

Alrighty, building a clean ROM (no apps or extras) with the Telus Manila. Gonna try it out and and install my standard apps and configuration settings to give a ROM made with this kitcehn a road test tomorrow.

Juicy, what needs to be done to cook the updated D3D driver into a ROM? I'd like to cook it into a ROM made with this kitchen.
