Well, if you don't think so, why ask? The Sprint one is there if you don't like or feel like it's worth keeping on the phone.

Me personally, (when I had a Sprint Diamond, used the VZW rom and was by far better than the stock Sprint radio.

(VZW Radio) So far, signal is great and phone seems to be working great! Jury still out on the battery life.

I probably won't know until Monday if the battery is better or not.

its as it states in the first post guys its pretty clear. 1.00.00F < 1.00.04F so there for its a new variant of the diamonds shipped sprint radio.

you guys need to understand the fact that the touch pro and diamond use the exact same radio types. so its version that differentiates them not the model of device.

That's interesting. The radio in my Touch Pro is 1.03.15F and the Verizon one posted is 1.03.03V; I wonder if there's a newer one for the Verizon Touch Pro when it ships.

yes the sprint touch pro's radio was updated last minute before release

hey juggalo x i was wondering if you could answer a question i asked in the touch pro forum with no answer how can i get the verizon pro radio installed on my sprint touch pro i tried the rar but it wouldn't work is it the RUU file that is only meant for diamonds or is it something else

anyone know if the new sprint touch pro radio is going to be available for the sprint diamond? I was going to try the verizon tp radio but too many people report issues with sprint navigation. thanks. the original sprint diamond radio isn't very good. I get horrible coverage in my house which is ridiculous considering I am really close to a tower.

update. I did flash the verizon radio and I am not getting a better signal as far as I can see. still one to two bars. will try the sprint touch pro 1.00.04f next.

The ruu is for the diamond, also the sprint radio is newer than the verizon one.

not necessarily, the Verizon radio is closer to the Sprint Pro ship version. This sprint radio is a pre-ship version so it may be older than the VZW one.

so far havent seen anyone test the sprint Pro one in the first post
