Diamond radio not Touch Pro radio. So it's a real update for the current Sprint Diamond radio. However, he was just saying that it is still older then the now available Sprint Touch Pro radio.

I however could have it wrong as the information posted is misleading. |

Re: [UPDATED OCT 31st New Radio] Official CDMA Diamond Radio Rom Thread
Its a touch pro radio, according to the version # its a slightly modified version of the shipped diamond radio 1.00.00F.
its as it states in the first post guys its pretty clear. 1.00.00F < 1.00.04F so there for its a new variant of the diamonds shipped sprint radio. you guys need to understand the fact that the touch pro and diamond use the exact same radio types. so its version that differentiates them not the model of device. |
This post has been thanked 1 times. |

my end goal is to get better signal strength in my house and was hoping a new radio would do this. I get 2 bar outside the house, 1-2 bar inside and 1x downstairs. I previously had a gsm device that gave me perfect data connection throughout my house. oh well, let me know and thanks for your time. Last edited by Riley; 10-31-2008 at 02:50 PM. |

The MIP settings only show up when you choose the "edit" option as opposed to view. You are just writing them down in case you should lose them.
