i dont know why u wouldn't have a data connection. the radio hard resets the device and after fresh boot my evdo worked no issues.


what is the error you're getting?

Why restore from backup... once flashed/hard reset, you may not see an active data connection....just go to settings/communication and press the data connection, also do a soft reset couple times (power on/off and taking off battery)... you should be all set....

i did so much stuff to the registry and whatnot that i didn't want to have to bother installing apps again, editing the registry, stuff like that... and i need the text messages and whatnot too. it says error code 67>\pcs vision username and or password may be incorrect please try again

you lost your MIP

whats your carrier. you need to install carrier cab to restore epst.

i wanna know how he lost the mip. first thing the device does is hard reset after radio flash so

1) no need to do it again

2) shouldn't have affected MIP, AND the rom should be running customizations to repopulate mip and radio settings.... soooo.... dunno

thats why i said back it up first. bound to be some one who manages this lol

some one is bound to blame me for there stuff not working. cuz thats the way it goes. anyways. the fact that is giving you a vision error. is alright its justthe verizon error code for. your MIP is missing its profile crap (user name and pass)

welllllllllllllll there was someone els... but i fixed him up last night. gave him a copy of my service programming... and no i will not give this out. i gave it to this person because they are a friend of mine and i trust them not to mess with my ESN/MEID
