ok, so i was about to flash to verizon, but now that i'm hearing about gps glitches... i'm gonna wait a few days for you guys to sort it out and figure out what's going on before i do anything because i need the gps for work, which is one of the main reasons why i bought this phone to begin with lol

Couldn't wait - had to try the updated radio! Flashed the verizon radio rom onto my Telus Diamond. Hoping call quality/reliability improves slightly. Nice if it did although I have to be realistic that no software will fix a patchy network.

I gave used gps on the vzw rom seems to be the same as any other.

Mine did too. Gps also works.
Wasn't worried that it was the ROM - you guys do such GREAT work . Patiently (not) waiting for Juicy 2.6. |

I upgraded to the Verizon radio from Sprint, and I noticed data is SLIGHTLY slower. Probably less than half a second difference, but it's noticable to me because the way I use it has me loading a bunch of small webpages (a new page every 2-3 seconds).
It generates a lot less heat and the battery life seems a lot better so far though. I think I'll keep it even if the data is slightly slower. |

i did the flash and all is good, but when it hard reset, it didn't have a data connection... i'm in the process of restoring from my backup, but how do i fix this?
