I tried it with my Touch once, I did 30sec.............NOTHING. All it did was create a rainbow effect on the screen. So I'm guessing you have to go longer. Take the batt out and try 30sec first, if nothing go for 45sec.

Was something camera related significantly changed in this latest version? The Diamond camera has always been really slow to respond for me - the slightest camera movement caused the screen to become blurry and lag. This 2.6 rom made it incredibly smooth and responsive.

I'm not complaining I'm just curious as to what changed this.

I think there's a little more to it, than just popping it in the wave. 9 volt battery:

Guys, i have a device again. i had to pay for it tho. so im able to keep testing

the guy in the device upgrade center took it and after like 1.5 hour came out and said the devices warranty was void because it had custom firmware on it. and i modified the touch diamond boot screen to say "Property of MY NAME HERE" what a load of BS!

i had to pay $350 and resign a contract to get this diamond with out paying $449 plus tax and activation fees

and still had to pay $350. telus sucks ***.

moral of the story. make sure your device is flashed back to BONE STOCK before returning. if your devision has a device update center in it you'll get screwed.

i relocked it. but it had a juicy rom on it, the radio was corrupt to hell and a custom boot screen some how telus douche could tell it wasnt stock and came out and boned me large.

then customer retentions the first girl basically told me tough luck and hung up on me

yah i still ahve the brick.

it vibrates like mad. im unsure if t can be fixed. other attempts have failed.

its pretty useless right now unless i wanted t give it to a female friend for a viberating toy.... LOL

if it cant be unbricked ill keep it for parts. LCD is still good and chassis. but the board is junk since the radio is corrupt to hell.
