Guys, i have a device again. i had to pay for it tho. so im able to keep testing
the guy in the device upgrade center took it and after like 1.5 hour came out and said the devices warranty was void because it had custom firmware on it. and i modified the touch diamond boot screen to say "Property of MY NAME HERE" what a load of BS!
i had to pay $350 and resign a contract to get this diamond with out paying $449 plus tax and activation fees
and still had to pay $350. telus sucks ***.
moral of the story. make sure your device is flashed back to BONE STOCK before returning. if your devision has a device update center in it you'll get screwed.
