what tweaks would that delete? and the file is saved where on the device?

The ones that you can turn on and off in the tweaks tab of the program. They weren't that many anyways, and seeing as Juicy puts so much work into tweaking everything for us I'd hate to have some stinkin' registry tweak mess things up.

/program files/diamond TF3D.../

If you installed on the internal storage:
/internal storage/program files/diamond TF3D.../

it doesnt delete any tweaks, it just disables the option to apply any tweaks from that program. that isn't actually an issue though because all the good ones are already in the base kitchen that is used to build this ROM.
