Anyone try their GPS after the upgrade yet. Mine appears to be down, Already checked the GpsOne Settings, and they're fine . I'm gonna check some other things. Anyone else experience this.
And yes, I did a hard reset after I flashed to J2.7 Ok, this is really F**ked up. Everything is as it should be GpsOne Settings Registry Settings Location ON Comm 4/4800 I checked everything, and its all good. But no Dice Last edited by O'Neil Mitchell; 10-31-2008 at 05:13 PM. |

Re: [Oct 30] JUICY ROM 2.7 [CE OS 5.2.19965 Build 22222]
It is quite possible and worked perfectly up until 2.6. I map my calendar, alarm and contacts to 3rd party apps in TF.
Original question was regarding remapping of TF buttons to 3rd party apps using SSMAPA and whether any Telus users had tried this on 2.7. |

OK maybe a stupid question but will ask anyway.. From 2.6 on can't you back up everything so you don't have to reinall all apps and stuff again? if so how? any backup program inpurticular?

So the best bet is to back up your data, using: (1) PIM (already on the device if you have an earlier Juicy ROM; (2) SPB Backup (great app, not free, but it lets you back up 5 times for free; or Resco Backup (also not free, but it has a free trial period). On #2 or #3, you can set the restore to only restore PIM data but not other data. |
