Haha, same here. I usually get no bars anywhere (except downtown Vancouver, haha). It would occasionally spike up to 3, then go back down. The new PRL gave me 1 bar almost constant.

i even pulled out my battery, couldn't find it

Where do I find the ESN for the Diamond? I looked under the battery and under device information and can't find it.

I tried the MEID number which is the same on the back as the DEC # and i got a number using the SPC program but it doesn't except it as a vaild one i do the ##775#
