I believe the Telus ROM update automatically installs this PRL, so most users will be up to date.

Will this PRL update work with a blackberry GPRS device? I know it says evdo only, but I don't care about the internet, would I still be able to? The reason is that im flashing my Blackberry 8830 over to telus.
