Yeah you need to take all those files out of that extra folder created when you unrar and put them in the root directory on the desktop. Sometimes it won't run when it is in a folder inside of a folder. I hope that makes sense.

There's only one file after the rar is extracted the diamond unlocker.exe. when I double click on that, it puts all those files into the folder then starts the ruu no way to get rid of those files before the ruu runs. are you saying to remove the exe from the folder and run it from the desktop?

Yes, I just downloaded the .rar The file in the "diamond unlocker" folder needs to be moved to either the desktop or in the root of the folder on the desktop. It can't be in more than one folder those programs like to unrar like that.
