Download the rar and extract it to a folder
connect your phone to your pc via Activesync
open the folder you extracted the rar to
then double click the Custom_RUU.exe
then follow the onscreen dirictions

Re: [ROM] [MAY.04.09] MightyROM 4/R3BORN

is it suppose to connect to active sync when I put it in bootloader mode? Cause it doesn't. Then when I click on the ruu file, i get a error 244 "invalid model id". It says please update your phone utility. I'm so confused.

You dont need to manually put it into bootloader the RUU will do everything for you.
All you need to do is establish an activesync connetion, then dont touch the phone again till the flash is complete..

Did you use the diamond unlocker? The diamond must be unlocked to flash a custom rom.

i used the 0.37 for Sprint/Alltel/Telus/Bell, for other people, this has no screen issues but no MFG commands.

because I have us cellular. Am I correct?
